8-12 Frames lightweight version added+improvements


This is a lightweight version with optimized framerate of 8-12 frames per animation. May be useful in games with slow animation style. In example to show monster-points on a world- or game-map, like Heroes III, or some RPGs. Also, it's useful if you can control what frame must be played in time moment. 

In example: Jump animation starts with few frames to get off the ground, then use middle frame all the time character is in air and then play rest of animation on character land. Same approach with «look sides» animation: turn right -> stop frame -> turn left -> stop frame.

Also it is considered that most animations begin after «idle» animation just using one of it's frames as very first (before) frame.
