Sprite packs can be used in both commercial and non-commercial projects. Qty of projects is not limited, feel free. Also you can modify these sprites for your needs.

But you cannot resel source or modified sprites as any kind of «assets package» or allow end-user or third party to download or copy this package from you or your application. You cannot  sell contents as NFT.

P.S. Warning! Most of game engines support runtime load/unload of spritesheets and are doing this very fast. Remember about RAM memory usage optimizations because it's is care of game developers ;-)
